The African Young Leaders Foundation is an international, non-profit, non-governmental organization registered and headquartered in Accra, Ghana, with branches across Africa.
Who
We Are
The African Young Leaders Foundation (AYLF) is an international, non-profit, and non-governmental organization registered and headquartered in Accra, Ghana with branches across Africa, run by and for esteemed young individuals who have held several leadership positions internationally.
The AYLF also seeks to engage in humanitarianism by securing scholarships, educational funds and bursaries to the brilliant but needy individuals who wish to further their education and/or training.
Our pillars include but are not limited to: Leadership, Character, Service to God and Mankind, Entrepreneurship, and Charity.
Our
Goals
Our goal is to create a platform where young leaders across Africa would be able to come together to resolve common issues affecting the African Continent through the spirit of Pan-Africanism and mutual respect.
We rally support with the appropriate stakeholders to create meaningful and sustainable change in our communities and for the unborn generations.
We provide valuable opportunities for the youth in Africa by inculcating in them the spirit of the African values and principles to succeed and to prepare to lead their communities in the future.

Empowerment
AYLF seeks to empower young Africans by providing them with the necessary skills, training, and resources to become agents of positive change in their communities.
Education
We recognize the transformative power of education and its crucial role in Africa's development. AYLF is committed to promoting quality education and improving access to educational opportunities for all Africans.
Advocacy
AYLF advocates for youth rights, voices, and inclusion in decision-making processes at all levels. We aim to create platforms for dialogue, collaboration, and engagement.
Collaboration
We believe in the power of collaboration and recognize that sustainable development requires collective action.
Knowledge Sharing & Capacity Building
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and capacity building among African youth through various platforms and training programs.
Sustainable Development
Contribute to the achievement of the African Union Agenda 2063 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
