Patrick Kofi Benyin
Patrick Kofi Benyin is a passionate leader with a strong background in peacebuilding, governance, and youth development. Through the African Young Leaders Foundation (AYLF), he mentors and trains emerging leaders across Africa, promoting servant leadership and community transformation. As a Research Assistant, Patrick has co-authored scholarly articles on higher education, conflict resolution, and indigenous justice systems, including Reimagining Critical Interdisciplinarity and The Relevance of Home-Grown Solutions: A Comparative Analogy of Gacaca and Abunzi Mediation in Rwanda.
Having served as the Youngest Deputy Minister (Chief Administrative Secretary) at Kenya's 4
the Government in the Ministry of ICT, Innovation, and Youth Affairs for three years, Nadia boasts
a strong academic foundation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Mass
Communications with a minor in Journalism, complemented by a Master of Arts in International
Relations and Cultural Diplomacy.
He also has a growing interest in migration studies and refugee issues, aiming to influence inclusive and sustainable policies.
Patrick is the co-founder of PKB Consulting Firm, where he provides tailored guidance in soft skills, personal branding, and strategic business development. His overarching goal is to unlock the potential of African youth and empower them to lead with confidence and impact across the continent.
