Christopher Kato Atwiine is a dedicated healthcare professional based in Jinja, Uganda, with a specialized focus on clinical pharmacy, regulatory compliance, and public health data management. Currently serving as a pharmacist with Rocket Health Uganda, he specializes in managing complex prescriptions and navigating the modern regulatory frameworks essential for digital healthcare delivery. His clinical foundation was built through significant experience at the Jinja Regional Referral Hospital, where he developed deep expertise in inpatient care and clinical case management.

Beyond the pharmacy, Christopher is a strong advocate for data-driven public health. He has served as a data coordinator for regional vaccine monitoring projects, where he saw firsthand the impact of accurate reporting on community health outcomes. He is deeply passionate about the intersection of technology and medicine, specifically looking for ways to leverage digital health tools and robust data systems to bridge existing gaps in healthcare access for young people across the African continent.

In his leadership capacity as the Deputy Head of the Health Department at the African Young Leaders Foundation, Christopher is committed to shaping the future of African healthcare. He focuses on fostering innovation in health policy and mentoring the next generation of leaders to develop sustainable, community-driven solutions. His work is defined by a mission to empower local talent and ensure that technology-led health interventions remain grounded in the needs of the people they serve.
