Hon. Daniel Obal

Daniel Obal is a Ugandan Lawyer, Politician & Youth Advocate serving as the Senior Presidential Aide & Special Envoy on Youth Affairs of the Ugandan President Yoweri K Museveni. He is also a Member of the African Union Commission Adhoc Committee on Youth Engagement and a Member of the Global Peace Chain. Obal Champions Youth empowerment, inclusivity & rights, driving initiatives to enhance youth participation in Uganda’s & Africa’s development.
